The Establishment apartments are the best safest apartments for the money in Tyler Texas. For $595 a month you can have a very large apartment space with 1 bedroom. The master bedroom is larger then most apartments you will visit and the kitchen area and living room area are spacious as well.
The crime stats for The Establishment are basically zilch and what police reports there are could not be verified to have been a real disturbance. Since living here I have yet to have a single problem. The energy bills are well within reason and there is not a bug problem at all.
The pool does not have a lot of weird shady people hanging around and the management are cordial and have a good reputation going on several years.
