Look At All The Houses For Sale In Tyler
Just like you have heard throughout the rest of the country you notice all the For Sale signs are in Tyler as well. Houses are popping up everywhere “For Sale” and they seem to stay for sale longer then they should. Nobody seems to be buying. When you get a chance you should drive around and notice just how many houses are out there for sale. I decided to see what was available in the County Court House Annez building which is that brown building on the corner. If you go into the basement they have the County Clerk office located there. You will find real estate that has gone up for auction because of foreclosures on government and bank loans. You can’t get the properties for $200 like you see on TV but you can snag a good deal. You need to line up your financing with a lender ahead of time so you can go in and make a bid and come back the same day with a cashiers check. The auction usually takes place the 1st Tuesday of each month on the county court house steps at 10 a.m. I will be going this Tuesday November 6 2007 to see what the auction is like and make note of the prices these properties go for. I will come back and post the information here so all those who may have wondered just what type of deals are available will finally know and you can hold off on buying that question mark guys book on TV.
Play Hard Ball With The Seller
There is no reason to lose $10,000 - $20,000 so you appear nice to the seller. That is a lot of money and don’t let a real estate agent or seller talk you out of it if the house is worth less. I talked with a Real Estate agent who said that there are a lot of good deals out there if you play hardball and aren’t in love with any one house. Find a few good houses you would be interested in and play a little hard ball. Put some low bids out there that are enough to insult the person and then wait and see what happens. They may reject the bid but you can come back 1 week or 1 month later and try again. The home owner can only hold on to an extra mortgage so long before your offer starts to look a lot more attractive. Give it a try and be sure to check out the basement at the county clerk’s office at the downtown square. Also, take a look through the MLS listings for Tyler Texas. To do this just search google for MLS listings and you should find a site that provides this database real estate search engine.
